OPM Project Management played a key role in expanding the Linx office, a challenging and strategic project located in the Birmann 21 Building, in São Paulo. With an additional area of 1,660 square meters and an agile implementation period of just 2 months, this project required an efficient and success-oriented approach.
Strategic planning was the foundation of this ambitious project. The OPM team worked closely with Linx to define clear goals and strategic objectives for the office expansion. This allowed OPM to create a project strategy that reflected Linx's specific culture and needs, ensuring efficiency throughout all phases of the project.
Schedule control was an essential part of the project, considering the tight implementation deadline of just 2 months. OPM developed and implemented a rigorous schedule that detailed each phase of the project, ensuring that all tasks were completed within the stipulated time frame. This allowed Linx to occupy its new office space efficiently and without significant disruption.
Construction management was conducted with efficiency and professionalism.
